HTML，单页： make out/html/singlepage.html （需要xsltproc ）
HTML，已建立索引： make out/html/index.html （需要xsltproc ）
Markdown： make out/md/manual.md （需要pandoc ， xmllint ）
PDF： make out/pdf/manual.pdf
