第一次接触Jpcap，自己64位的电脑碰到Jpcap.dll: Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform的情况。
网上64位的Jpcap.dll好像比较少，于是打个包传上来。顺便把jpcap.jar和WinPcap也放进来了。
因为缺资源分，设了1资源，非常抱歉。
WKWebView 问题
32 位的app在使用WKWebView的时候，如果运行在64位的设备上，会出现一下问题：
