针对传统BP神经网络收敛速度慢、易陷入局部极小等问题,采用Matlab神经网络工具箱中的自适应学习率VLBP算法和基于数值优化技术的LMBP算法对传统BP神经网络算法进行改进,并设计了基于改进BP神经网络的煤与瓦斯突出预测系统;分别采用传统BP神经网络模型和改进的BP神经网络模型进行煤与瓦斯突出预测实验,结果表明改进的BP神经网络能够更快、更准确地预测煤与瓦斯突出。
