  2. 从图像上看，手指静脉属于管线图形，有着明显的方向走向。因此，使用方向能量来进行静脉特征的描述和识别。为降低静脉图像采集过程中的旋转和平移对识别结果造成的影响，引入模糊集的概念。具体说来：首先，利用Steerable滤波器与原图做卷积获取方向能量；继而，对图像本身做模糊块划分，计算每一模糊块上的方向能量特征，并组合形成图像的最终特征；最后，使用相关系数来衡量两幅静脉图像的相似程度。实验结果表明，该方法能够达到满意的效果。
