Abstract Wireless communication vehicle in command of emergency is an important part of the city
communication system in command of emergency, and the vehicle designed in this scheme can not only
supply the communications with different networks in command of emergency but also can communicate
with the remote command center. The processing of voice and signaling based on digital signal process
(dsa aur
)and voice over Internet protocol (VolP) is key technology in this design
