This is a painting-tool. You can choose several drawing options from a toolbar and you can apply much filters and effects to the pic. Pls. give feedback!
This code/app uses a bitblt API call to make a picture bounce around a form much like you would see in a screensaver. This uses the same techniques as are used to make games.
Nice screen server which demonstrates many different VB graphical methods. Has about 5 minutes of different graphics. hides taskbar and closes when mouse moves.
